Ubiquitous Network

Mtel Broadband Internet is service provider of Gnet which service provider having National Long Distance (NLD), ISP and class B licences. We have laid nation-wide optical fiber network. We have created our SDH/DWDM backbone optical transport network countrywide, using state-of-the-art technology. We are all set to accomplish our objective of creating a nation-wide broadband telecom & multimedia network. We are getting set to making broadband available anywhere & everywhere

Never before speed, fiber all the way

Mtel Broadband is service provider of Gnet which is an “all fiber” broadband service, with the fiber reaching your homes through our several hundreds of Access Network Providers (ANP/LCO). We are opening a new convergence era by creating an ever-present environment that frees us from the constraints of time and space. We have implemented ultra-high capacity DWDM network over 10,000 RKM. More than 400 cities covering over 42,000 kilometres of optical fiber across the country, connected on the network with multiple STM-16 (n x 2.5Gbps) connectivity. 1Gbps further upgradable to 10 Gbps. A pan-India DWDM network.

Technology to reach Rural India

We are committed to serving the rural population. We aim to reach the remotest areas where nobody has ever thought of internet presence. We take rural education as our primary goal thus, enabling our presence every corner of the country without compromising on the network quality. Ours is a state-of-the-art multimedia telecom network using SDH/DWDM-based transmission systems & high-end MPLS-IP routers. Our backbone transport network is configured in multiple ‘Self-Healing’ Ring architectures which provide for redundancy by automatically redirecting & switching traffic from failed/degraded routes for an uninterrupted service ensuring maximum uptime & service reliability. The network supports multiple ring protection schemes. The network is designed in such a way that full redundancy is available for bandwidth between any two points.
